Chaparral utilizes the latest in building technology and materials and each stage of the construction process is carefully monitored by Quality Control personnel. Every home delivered by Chaparral meets or exceeds the BC Building Code as well as C.S.A. A-277 manufacturing requirements.

Chaparral has been involved in a variety of residential developments such as: Marina Garden Estates in Ladner, La Mesa in White Rock, Deerwood Place Estates in Nanaimo, Kal Pine Estates in Oyama, Lawrence Heights in Vernon, College Heights in Kelowna and Brinkworthy Place on Salt Spring Island. Commercial projects include the temporary clubhouse/pro-shop facility for Predator Ridge Golf Course in Vernon and numerous portable classrooms and day care centres throughout the interior of B.C.
